About this stone
Clear Quartz pierced with black Tourmaline needles, this stone combines amplification with protection. It deflects and grounds negative energy while promoting clarity, creating a powerful shield of light.

How it forms: Tourmaline needles trapped in quartz.
Tourmalinated Quartz is a masterpiece of inclusion, where black needles are frozen in clear stone. It forms in hydrothermal veins where both Quartz and Tourmaline are crystallizing. Needles of Black Tourmaline grow faster than the quartz, becoming 'swallowed' by the silica as it solidifies. The Result: Clear quartz filled with jet-black needles.
