About this stone

Available in every color of the spectrum, Tourmaline is a master protector that cleanses, purifies, and transforms dense energy. Each color carries unique properties, from heart-healing pink to grounding black.

Geology · Formation

How it forms: Final 'sink' for elements in magma.

Tourmaline is a complex boron silicate and the most chemically diverse mineral on Earth. It forms in granite pegmatites—the final, water-rich 'sink' of a cooling magma chamber. A chaotic chemical environment where Lithium, Manganese, and Iron all fight for space results in prismatic crystals that occur in every color of the rainbow.
